KISS canceled their Australian tour as vocalist Paul Stanley suffers from severe flu and strep throat.
Stanley was urged by his doctors to rest and to completely cure the flu, which is why the shows in Perth and New Zealand were canceled first. Then, however, the musician also contracted a sore throat, because of which he will not be able to sing for at least two more weeks. Stanley and Co. regret the cancellation of the Australia concerts:
"Words can not express the huge disappointment that we have to cancel our 'End Of The Road' tour in your incredible country (…). But the doctors' instructions have finally prevailed, and now we have no choice but to submit. "KISS, with a heavy heart"
Get well soon, Paul!
